The cost of living in Buford is great with low taxes, great roads and friendly people. Located very close to Lake Lanier Island and it’s many entertainment options. A chain of Islands within Lake Lanier featuring events & attractions like camping and a water park. Buford Dam Fishing and Lake. Little Mulberry Park is a scenic park with soft-surface trails for horses and hikers, plus fishing lake and disc golf course. Some lovely golf course area available in Buford and surrounding areas. Hamilton Mill Golf Club, Reunion Country Club and Trophy Club of Apalachee Golf Course to name a few.
Bogan Park has swimming pools a gym and other features. As well as dance studio. You will never be bored in this town. Treetop Quest Gwinnett has a obstacle course in the forest canopy 55 feet high.
